Tips & Tricks
- Use Frozen Mango: Frozen mango chunks work best for a thicker, slushier margarita. If using fresh mango, add ice to achieve the desired consistency.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mango mixture before adding simple syrup. Mango can be naturally sweet, so adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- Raspberry Sauce: Strain the raspberry mixture well to remove all seeds, ensuring a smooth sauce for the perfect swirl.
- Glass Preparation: Chill your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before serving to keep the margaritas cold longer.
- Garnish Ideas: Add a slice of lime or a few whole raspberries to the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
- Storage: If you have leftover raspberry sauce, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. It can also be used on pancakes or ice cream.
