Creamy Garlic-Turmeric Dressing

  • Grater or zester
  • Lemon squeezer or juicer
  • Blender
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Place garlic in small baking dish. Add olive oil. Roast until garlic is soft, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Grate 1 tsp. zest and squeeze 3 Tbs. juice from lemon.
  • Transfer lemon zest and juice, garlic, oil, turmeric, mustard, honey, and pepper to blender. Puree until smooth.
