Tips & Tricks
- Dough Handling: Make sure to let the refrigerated pizza dough come to room temperature for about 10 minutes before unrolling it. This makes it easier to press into the pan.
- Uniform Slices: Slice the vegetables uniformly to ensure even cooking. This helps achieve the perfect texture for each bite.
- Seasoning the Dough: Brushing the dough with olive oil and seasoning before adding toppings adds an extra layer of flavor. Don’t skip this step!
- Cheese Choices: While the recipe calls for a specific cheese, feel free to mix in some mozzarella or cheddar for added flavor and creaminess.
- Adding Spinach: Add the spinach immediately after the pizza comes out of the oven. The residual heat will slightly wilt the spinach, keeping it fresh and vibrant.
- Leftovers: Store any leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or on a skillet to retain the crispness of the crust.
