Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Whisk
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Toothpicks optional

Ingredients

Beef Filling:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Burrito Filling:

  • 4 6- inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces as it browns. Once fully cooked, drain the excess grease.
  • Sprinkle the cooked beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a cutting board. In the center of each tortilla, place lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and approximately 1/4 of the seasoned ground beef mixture.
  • Drizzle the prepared Big Mac sauce over the fillings in each tortilla.
  • Fold the tortillas to enclose the filling, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Serve the wraps immediately for the best flavor and texture.
