Beef Filling:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tablespoons grated onion
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Burrito Filling:
- 4 6- inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces as it browns. Once fully cooked, drain the excess grease.
Sprinkle the cooked beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Lay out the tortillas on a cutting board. In the center of each tortilla, place lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and approximately 1/4 of the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Drizzle the prepared Big Mac sauce over the fillings in each tortilla.
Fold the tortillas to enclose the filling, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Serve the wraps immediately for the best flavor and texture.
